CEMETERY TODAY

Although thought to be full, a number of plots that were never sold have recently been discovered and burials continue to this day. There are still regular burials in the Dissenters' Cemetery, and burial or cremation plots are available. The money raised from selling these plots helps to fund maintaining and repairing the cemetery and buildings. A Separate area has been set aside for cremated remains. Nowadays there are plots up near the Chapel and there are also about forty plots available down the side. There is no charge for erecting a stone, nor for maintenance.
